Job summary
TTEC in the Philippines is seeking a Media Design Manager to lead a team of media designers and creatives in delivering engaging digital learning experiences from Manila. You will oversee video, animation, UI/UX assets, and AI-enabled solutions, coordinating with instructional designers and project managers to meet client goals.
The role requires 5–8 years in media design and 2–3 years of leadership, with strong PM and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 5–8 years of media design/digital learning experience.
- 2–3 years in people leadership and coaching.
- Experience leading media development projects end-to-end.
- Strong digital learning tech, video, animation, UI/UX skills.
- Familiar with AI-enabled tools and emerging learning tech.
- Excellent PM, communication, and stakeholder skills across virtual teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of media designers and creatives.
- Drive delivery of high-quality digital learning experiences.
- Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers and PMs.
- Ensure media deliverables meet quality, accessibility, and branding.
- Manage capacity, resources, and project priorities.
- Improve media development processes and standards.
- Provide media expertise and innovative solutions to opportunities.
