Hammerjack Pty Ltd. is hiring a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to work remotely from the Philippines, aligning with Australian daytime hours. You will split time between content creation and prospecting, building engagement and keeping the sales funnel active.

You’ll write newsletters, manage social content, and support multi-channel outreach, with ownership from week one and a focus on pipeline movement. Prior SaaS/tech exposure is a plus but not required.

Formación

Strong written English; able to craft newsletters and outreach content.
Experience supporting marketing and sales in small teams; comfortable wearing multiple hats.
Ability to build targeted prospect lists and maintain a clean CRM pipeline.

Responsabilidades

Plan, write and schedule social content and newsletters (LinkedIn focus).
Turn insights into posts, graphics and short-form content; maintain consistent branding.
Build campaign assets: landing pages, lead magnets, email templates.
Research target accounts, build prospect lists, and support multi-channel outreach.
Schedule discovery calls, manage follow-ups, and keep CRM up-to-date.
