Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive growth initiatives. You will lead marketing automation, campaign operations, data integrity, and lead lifecycle workflows to enable demand generation at scale.

Collaborate with Growth, Sales and Product Marketing to build efficient processes, deliver measurable results, and optimize ABM campaigns using tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Growth Marketing in B2B digital‑first environments.
Hands‑on with Salesforce CRM.
Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.
LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience.
Familiarity with Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus or other ABM platforms.
Experience with paid media workflows, tagging, UTM frameworks, and attribution tools.
Working knowledge of BI/analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Responsibilities

Build, execute, and optimize automated campaigns across email, paid, social, and ABM channels.
Own marketing tech stack components and data governance, including lead routing and deduplication.
Build dashboards and reports to track funnel metrics, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
Leverage ABM platforms to run account‑level campaigns and coordinate with Sales for lead handoffs.
Identify bottlenecks in marketing workflows and implement scalable, automated solutions.
