Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimize automated campaigns across email, SMS, and retargeting for events and content programs.

You will manage marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or similar), ensure clean data, integrate with CRM and event tools, and drive audience segmentation, lead scoring, and measurable campaign performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on marketing automation experience.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices.
• Experience with CRM and data hygiene practices.
• Ability to read campaign analytics and act on findings.
• Experience in media/events/entertainment marketing a plus.
• Excellent written English and independent work.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage automated marketing workflows for events and campaigns.
• Maintain and optimize our marketing automation platform and integrations.
• Segment audiences and personalize campaigns based on behavior.
• Set up lead scoring models for sales prioritization.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with content/design/events teams to align calendars and timelines.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and run A/B tests.
• Stay current on marketing automation trends and new tools or tactics.
