Job summary

Staffstream is hiring a Growth Marketer to lead customer acquisition for an Australian personal development brand. You will own the strategy, funnel design, and paid campaigns, starting small, testing quickly, and scaling based on results while coordinating with a content assistant.

You should bring hands-on experience in Meta ads, funnel building, and email nurture, with strong data interpretation. The role is Philippines-based and part-time (20 hours/week) with potential move to full-time if

Qualifications

Mid-level growth or digital marketing experience with ownership of customer acquisition.
Hands-on experience running paid campaigns, especially on Meta, with measurable results.
Proven budget judgement and ability to start budgets and scale based on performance.
Experience building or improving funnels from awareness to leads/sales, including email nurture.

Responsibilities

Own customer acquisition strategy and funnel, including audience, messaging, and channels.
Map and improve the customer journey from first touch to paying customer.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta primary) and test others as justified.
Develop video concepts and briefs for content creators; align organic and paid growth efforts.
Define KPIs, track performance by channel, and report clearly to the Founder.
