Job summary

Living In A Bubble is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to own Shopify store updates, Klaviyo email flows, and launch readiness for all promotions. This PH-based, remote role emphasizes hands-on execution and calendar-driven campaigns.

You will manage email campaigns, content updates, listings across channels, and collaborative launches with cross‑functional teams. Strong English and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a marketing coordination, digital marketing, or ecommerce execution role.
• Background in direct-to-consumer ecommerce selling physical products.
• Hands-on with an email marketing platform: Klaviyo strongly preferred.
• Hands-on inside Shopify admin: product pages, collections, banners, scheduled price changes.
• Experience creating and maintaining marketplace listings — Amazon Seller Central or similar.
• Experience coordinating product launches or sale campaigns to fixed dates across several people.
• Exposure to marketing reporting: GA4 or platform dashboards.
• Experience as the day-to-day contact for outside agencies or collaborators.
• Strong written English and organisational skills.
• Careful attention to detail; basic image editing in Canva or similar.

Responsibilities

• Email Marketing: Build, schedule and send campaigns per the marketing calendar.
• Store Upkeep: Update Shopify templates, banners, pages, and price changes.
• Listing Content: Maintain listing copy/images across sales channels.
• Launches and Promotions: Own launch checklists, coordinate assets, schedule emails.
• Collaborators and Partners: Manage briefs, assets, timelines with partners.
• Reporting and Support: Report on email/store performance and coordinate with teams.
