Outsourcey in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven marketing coordination and project management professional to join our team. You will help orchestrate multi-market campaigns, ensure timely delivery, and translate themes into actionable briefs for designers, editors, and copywriters.

Responsibilities

• Own the campaign calendar across all channels and markets.
• Turn campaign themes into briefs for designers, editors, and the copywriter.
• Chase approvals, manage version control, and keep assets moving through production.
• Run launch checklists to ensure Shopify, social, Klaviyo, Amazon, TV, and print go live on day one across every market.
• Keep project boards current and flag bottlenecks before they become problems.
• Coordinate with media, retail, and manufacturing partners on deadlines and deliverables.
• Compile weekly status and performance reporting for the CEO.

Profile Requirements:

• 3+ years in marketing coordination or project management, ideally ecommerce or agency side
• Relentless about deadlines, checklists, and follow-up with strong attention to detail
• Clear and concise writer of briefs and status updates
• Confident with project management tools such as monday.com
• Calm under pressure with the ability to manage many moving parts simultaneously

Core responsibilities:

• Own the campaign calendar across all channels and all three markets
• Turn campaign themes into clear channel briefs for designers, editors, and the copywriter
• Chase approvals, manage version control, and keep every asset moving through the production pipeline
