Job summary

Our LATAM-focused remote digital marketer role supports a U.S.-based eyewear brand. You will own Klaviyo email marketing, Shopify store management, and paid campaigns across Meta/Google/TikTok, while coordinating social content and influencer initiatives.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring independent work and strong analytics. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in e-commerce marketing, expertise in Klaviyo and Shopify, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
• Experience in a small to mid-sized company managing multiple areas of marketing.
• Expert-level Klaviyo experience: email campaigns, automation, segmentation, lifecycle marketing.
• Strong Shopify merchandising, promotions, and ecommerce workflows.
• Experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok or similar platforms.
• Strong Google Analytics knowledge and marketing performance reporting.
• Experience creating social media content.
• Comfort coordinating design work or creating assets in Canva/Adobe.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, conversion KPIs.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the company's email marketing strategy using Klaviyo, including campaigns and automations.
• Create and optimize email sequences (welcome, abandoned cart, browse, post-purchase, win-back, promos).
• Monitor campaign performance and improve revenue, conversion rate, CTR, retention, and ROI.
• Manage Shopify storefront merchandising and customer experience to boost conversions.
• Support paid e-commerce marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Develop social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Explore TikTok Shop opportunities and other emerging social commerce channels.
• Coordinate influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives.
• Analyze website and marketing performance with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
• Collaborate on creative assets, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Continuously test and scale new marketing channels and growth opportunities.
