Responsibilities

About the role

This role will work across Shopify, website merchandising, campaign execution, reporting, marketing coordination, subscriptions, loyalty and inventory support. This is primarily an execution and coordination role rather than a senior strategic marketing position.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update products within Shopify
• Create and manage product collections
• Merchandise collections based on inventory, campaigns and performance
• Update product descriptions, imagery and information
• Create and update campaign and landing pages using existing templates
• Update homepage banners, promotional messaging and website content
• Create discount codes and promotional offers
• Monitor sellable inventory and product availability
• Prepare daily, weekly and campaign-based e-commerce reports
• Schedule approved social media content and organise campaign assets

About you

• Previous experience working within an e-commerce business
• Strong Shopify experience
• Experience creating and updating products, collections and website content
• Experience working with Shopify apps
• Working knowledge of GA4
