Job summary

Living in a Bubble, a growing online outdoor retailer, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to own email marketing, store updates, and product launch execution. This remote role reports to the Marketing Manager and requires 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a focus on on-time launches and clear communication.

You will manage email campaigns, listings, and promotions across channels, coordinating with content creators and paid collaborators to hit go-live dates and maintain calendar

Qualifications

• Hands-on with an email marketing platform: you have built and scheduled campaigns and automation flows (Klaviyo preferred).
• Hands-on inside Shopify admin: manage product pages, collections, banners, and price changes.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule and send email campaigns per the marketing calendar.
• Maintain and improve automated email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase) and sign-up forms.
• Keep pricing, availability, and sales elements accurate across channels.
