Job summary

Living in a Bubble is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to run email marketing, keep the Shopify store current, and ensure launches and promotions go live on time. This hands-on role sits under the Marketing Manager and requires ownership to deliver on schedule.

You will work remotely from the Philippines as a full-time contractor, with 40 hours per week. The role emphasizes strong written English, organization, and collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in marketing coordination or ecommerce execution.
• Experience with direct-to-consumer ecommerce selling physical products.
• Hands-on with an email marketing platform (Klaviyo strongly preferred).
• Hands-on inside Shopify admin: product pages, collections, banners, scheduled price changes.
• Experience creating and maintaining marketplace listings (Amazon Seller Central or similar).
• Experience coordinating product launches or sale campaigns to fixed dates across several people.
• Exposure to marketing reporting (GA4 or dashboards).
• Experience as day-to-day contact for outside agencies or collaborators.
• Strong written English.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule and send email campaigns against the marketing calendar.
• Maintain and improve automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase) and sign-up forms.
• Keep email lists clean and segmented.
• Update Shopify banners, product pages and collections; manage pricing live or on schedule.
• Create and maintain listing copy/images for sales channels; coordinate with content producers.
• Own launch checklist and ensure all parts go live on the date; coordinate assets.
• Coordinate with paid collaborators and track deliverables and timelines.
• Report on email/store performance on a regular schedule; coordinate with other teams.
