Job summary

MicroSourcing, the Philippines' leading offshore managed services provider, is seeking a Market Development Representative (MDR) to join our remote team on a night shift.

You will generate and qualify new sales opportunities, engage decision-makers in advertising, marketing, and media sectors, and maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce. This role suits a proactive, results-driven professional with 1–2+ years in sales development and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience generating leads for a BPO company with proven results.
• 1–2+ years in sales development, business development, or lead generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent listening skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and adaptable in a quota-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud; experience with sales engagement tools is a plus.
• Prior sales training or consultative selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Development: generate and qualify new sales opportunities and hand off to sales reps.
• Outbound Campaigns: execute personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Market Intelligence: research target markets, accounts, and buyer personas.
• Campaign Management: track activities, leads, and outcomes in Salesforce with quality data.
• Collaboration: work with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and improve campaigns.
• Industry Knowledge: stay informed on SEBPO services, global BPO trends, and competitors.
