Job summary

BEL Promo is seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to support strategic accounts from a remote, graveyard-shift role in the Philippines. You will align with the National Sales Manager to execute account strategies, manage day-to-day needs, and ensure operational excellence across your portfolio, collaborating with Customer Service and Production to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; related experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Prior experience as Account Executive, inside sales, or business development support role.
• Strong organizational and execution skills across multiple cadences and campaigns.
• Working knowledge of Bing Dynamics (CRM) or similar CRM systems.
• Strong written communication for building storyboards, campaigns, and emails.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with National Sales, Customer Service, and Multi-Line Representatives.
• Comfortable in an in-house, phone- and email-based sales role.
• Willingness to work graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Execute the account strategy across core and growth accounts.
• Write storyboards and campaigns to bring strategies to life.
• Maintain call, email cadences, and campaign schedules for each account.
• Execute outbound calls and emails against the cadence.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Monitor campaign results and report back to the National Sales Manager.
