Job summary

BruntWork in the Philippines seeks a Mandarin bilingual Medical Coordinator to manage ABA therapy services for children with autism. You will be the primary contact among families, Behavior Technicians, clinical supervisors, and admin teams to ensure scheduling accuracy and continuity of care.

Responsibilities include coordinating 65+ active cases, matching BTs by skill and location, tracking attendance, cancellations, make-ups, and coverage gaps.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, ABA services, case management, social services, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English.
• Experience coordinating schedules or managing high-volume caseloads.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with scheduling platforms, case management systems, or healthcare software.
• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy, pediatric healthcare, or behavioral health preferred.
• Experience in KPI-driven or performance-based environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Caseload & Staffing Coordination: Manage 65+ active cases by matching Behavior Technicians based on skill, location, and availability.
• Scheduling & Service Continuity: Create, update, and track ABA schedules; manage attendance, cancellations, make-ups, and coverage gaps.
• Family & Stakeholder Communication: Be the primary contact for families and teams; provide timely updates and document concerns.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain audit-ready client records and service authorizations under HIPAA, monitoring renewals.
• Operations & Team Escalation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams; escalate complex cases or urgent staffing issues to supervisors.
