Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Mandarin-English bilingual Medical Coordinator to coordinate ABA therapy services for children with autism. You will serve as the main liaison among families, Behavior Technicians, clinical supervisors, and admin teams to ensure scheduling accuracy and continuity of care.

The role handles 65+ active cases, oversees scheduling, and ensures timely updates while preserving HIPAA-compliant records. Remote role with healthcare software experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, ABA services, case management, social services, or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English.
• Experience coordinating schedules or managing a high-volume client caseload.
• Familiarity with scheduling platforms and healthcare software.
• HIPAA confidentiality knowledge and handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caseload and staffing for 65+ active cases by matching technicians based on skill, location, and availability.
• Create, update, and track ABA therapy schedules, manage attendance, cancellations, make-ups, and coverage gaps.
• Serve as primary point of contact for families and teams for scheduling updates and care changes.
• Maintain audit-ready client records and service authorizations under HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for case reviews and escalate urgent staffing or service gaps to supervisors.
