ABA Path is seeking a proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team in the Philippines. You will manage clinician schedules, coordinate client assignments, and help ensure seamless service delivery for families and clinicians.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly in English, coordinates multiple calendars, and maintains accurate records across EMR systems and scheduling tools. Experience with ABA or healthcare scheduling is a plus.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple calendars, staff schedules, or service appointments.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in EMR systems, Microsoft Teams, email, and digital scheduling tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently while communicating professionally with families, clinicians, and leadership.
• Ability to handle confidential client information.
• Nice to have ABA, behavioral health, or healthcare scheduling experience.
• Familiarity with RBT and BCBA roles and ABA service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate schedules and service assignments between RBTs, BCBAs, and families.
• Match clinicians with clients based on availability, location, clinical requirements, and authorized service hours.
• Manage scheduling from initial case assignment through the first scheduled session.
• Monitor daily attendance, cancellations, callouts, and staffing coverage.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes while minimizing service disruptions.
• Maintain accurate schedules, staffing trackers, and client records within EMR systems.
• Monitor insurance authorizations and ensure scheduled treatment hours comply with approved limits.
• Assist the Intake Department with administrative tasks and new-client coordination when needed.
