Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on LTL experience in a freight brokerage/3PL or LTL carrier.
• Knowledge of NMFC freight classification and reading an LTL freight bill.
• Experience with a brokerage TMS and LTL carrier portals.

Responsibilities

• Track and trace LTL shipments from booking to delivery; communicate exceptions and delays.
• Review invoices for discrepancies and advise on billing issues.
• Guide customer-facing teams on LTL order construction to optimize cost and service.
• Coordinate with carriers on OS&D and manage freight claims.
• Monitor carrier performance and report trends to management.
• Maintain accurate data in the TMS and implement efficiency improvements.
