Job summary

GrowthAssistant is hiring a Shipping & Logistics Operations Specialist to manage order processing, 3PL coordination, and inventory across multiple locations. The role emphasizes independent work, operational judgment, and hands-on problem solving for a fast-growing DTC health tech company.

You will oversee daily order processing, coordinate with 3PLs, manage shipments and exceptions, and monitor inventory while leveraging Tableau/ERP systems for reporting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of logistics/support experience including order management, inventory ops, or 3PL coordination.
• Hands-on experience with 3PLs, warehouses, carriers, or fulfillment partners and daily issue resolution.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking, reconciliation, and basic data analysis.
• Comfortable learning ERP, WMS, order management or 3PL platforms.
• Excellent written communication and ability to work with internal and external partners with minimal supervision.
• Able to work autonomously during Eastern Time business hours and meet daily cutoff times.

Responsibilities

• Review outbound orders before daily fulfillment cutoffs for accuracy and compatibility with 3PLs.
• Resolve exceptions requiring manual intervention, e.g., incorrect addresses or special orders.
• Coordinate with multiple 3PL partners and locations, conveying shipment instructions and follow-ups.
• Track shipments and investigate fulfillment or delivery issues with carriers to resolve problems.
• Monitor inventory across warehouse/3PL locations and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support inventory transfers, replenishment, returns/RMAs, and other stock movements.
• Use dashboards and systems to retrieve operational data for reporting and reconciliation.
