Job summary

Loadsmart Inc in the Philippines (remote) is seeking an agile Scheduling Representative to coordinate shipments by quoting, booking, and scheduling to ensure top‑notch service. You will collaborate with Sales and Carrier teams to optimise loads and improve scheduling processes, handling high‑volume workloads with urgency.

The role requires 1–2 years in coordinating or scheduling, strong English communication, and familiarity with USA geography within a logistics setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a coordinating, scheduling, or administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and showcases proactiveness.
• Fluent in English – strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize. Able to tackle issues head‑on and create resolutions with urgency.
• Experience with high‑volume scheduling, coordinating, or planning in a fast‑paced environment
• Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer service
• Familiarity with USA geography
• Experience within the Logistics industry

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments via email, phone, or customer TMS based on customer requirements
• Work with members of other teams to guarantee a smooth delivery process
• Work with the Customer Sales team to improve specific customer scheduling processes to ensure optimal loads
• Work with Carrier Sales team to optimize loads to improve carrier sourcing
• Assist with challenging requests and know when they should be escalated
