Job summary

Outsourced Global Staff is hiring a Billing/Invoicing Clerk for a homebased position in the Philippines. The role focuses on creating accurate freight bills, verifying supporting paperwork, and posting payments from customers and brokers.

You will coordinate with drivers to obtain missing documentation for timely billing and resolve discrepancies with shippers and brokers. Typical work hours are 8am–5pm PHT, Monday–Friday, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Create and issue freight bills based on rate confirmations and contracts.
• Review driver trip sheets, BOLs and PODs for accuracy.
• Record customer and broker payments into the accounting system.
• Follow up past-due accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Generation: Create and issue accurate freight bills.
• Paperwork Verification: Check BOL and POD for accuracy.
• Payment Posting: Enter payments from customers and brokers.
• Collections & Disputes: Pursue past-due accounts and resolve billing issues.
• Driver Coordination: Coordinate with drivers/dispatchers for required paperwork.
