Job summary

Expedock, a tech-enabled workforce platform, is seeking a proactive FTL Operator in the Philippines to manage full truckload shipments end-to-end, maintain carrier relationships, and ensure timely deliveries. This night shift role requires attention to detail and strong communication with vendors and customers.

You'll use TMS tools to track shipments, post updates, and ensure proper documentation while supporting administrative tasks for the Director of Domestic Transportation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding.
• Strong customer service skills with professional communication.
• Working knowledge of freight forwarding procedures and regulations.
• Proficiency in desktop and web apps, including TMS and MS Office.
• Experience with Cargowise, SAP, or Turvo is a plus.
• Basic understanding of databases, networking, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with vendors and carriers to initiate GPS-based tracking for FTL shipments.
• Build and maintain carrier relationships to coordinate shipments.
• Meet KPIs and ensure timely, accurate execution of operations.
• Troubleshoot issues, initiate ELD/TMS connections, and access customer portals.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email and ensure on-time delivery.
• Verify shipment docs including bills of lading and support materials.
• Oversee collection and delivery activities for key clients.
• Schedule and trace customer shipments from pickup to delivery.
