Job summary

Lean Solutions Group (LSG) is hiring a Driver Support Specialist in the Philippines to manage frontline operations for transportation accounts. You will be the primary contact for driver partners and freight brokers, handling inquiries and ensuring smooth communication across internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in BPO or logistics support, solid experience with Zendesk and CRM tools, and strong verbal and written communication with empathy under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of background in BPO customer service, call center operations, logistics helpdesk, or driver support.
• Hands-on familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk and internal CRMs, plus omni-channel tools.
• Clear verbal and written communication with strong empathy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Frontline case resolution across phone, Zendesk, WhatsApp, email and SMS with end-to-end ticket management.
• Proactive follow-ups: outbound calls to provide timely status reports and resolve inquiries early.
• Queue and shift administration with daily ticket audits and SLA-focused task organization.
• Cross-functional coordination as the unified contact for drivers with Safety, Freight, Legal, Onboarding, Maintenance, and Fintech.
• Maintain meticulous interaction logs and diagnose themes; escalate system or vendor bottlenecks.
