Job summary

Doist is seeking an experienced Freight & Logistics Coordinator to optimize US-LTL shipments for heavy equipment, working remotely with a 100% US business hours overlap.

You will manage Bills of Lading, quote and book via GlobalTranz, and lead freight claims to protect company and customer margins while coordinating with US factories and carriers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in US-based LTL freight coordination in large-scale ops.
• Experience managing $5M+ annual freight spend for heavy equipment.
• Proficient with GlobalTranz or similar TMS.
• Knowledge of Carmack Amendment and NMFC classifications.
• Strong English communication and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Create and audit Bills of Lading for $5M+ annual freight volume with 100% accuracy.
• Use GlobalTranz to quote, book shipments; optimize cost-efficiency.
• Lead freight claims process to maximize capital recovery.
• Coordinate with US factories and foremen to align schedules.
• Monitor carrier performance to prevent leakage and delays.
