Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of logistics or fleet operations experience, preferably in heavy lift.
• Experience coordinating oversized or heavy equipment transportation.
• Strong knowledge of transport planning, routing, permits, and load requirements.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics/fleet management systems.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the movement of heavy equipment, machinery, materials, and project cargo.
• Coordinate trucks, trailers, drivers, and other transportation resources.
• Develop efficient transport schedules and routes based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Project Managers, Drivers, and Rigging teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Arrange permits and coordinate requirements for oversized and heavy-haul transportation.
• Monitor deliveries and equipment movements and address delays or logistical issues.
• Ensure loads are properly planned, secured, and transported in accordance with safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate logistics, delivery, vehicle, and transportation records.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and government agencies when required.
• Monitor transportation costs and assist with budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety standards.
• Lead and support the logistics team and drivers to maintain efficient operations.
