Job summary

RYZE is seeking a highly organized Inbound Logistics Coordinator to join our eCommerce operations team. You will coordinate inbound freight receipts, schedule dock appointments, reconcile POs/ASNs, and ensure timely putaway across our supply chain.

You will work remotely from the Philippines with a night-shift aligning to U.S. business hours, collaborating with procurement, logistics, and fulfillment to maintain accurate records and optimize receiving workflows.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of logistics experience in inbound receiving or related fields.
• Experience with 3PLs, carriers, and inbound transportation workflows.
• Experience scheduling inbound deliveries and coordinating dock/receiving operations across multiple modes.
• PO/ASN reconciliation and quality inspection experience.
• Attention to detail with accurate receiving docs and inventory records.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal teams and vendors.
• Proficient with TMS/ERP systems (Uber Freight, Netsuite preferred).
• Excellent time management in fast-paced logistics environments.
• Ability to work remotely in a self-motivated manner.
• Fluency in read/write/speak English.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track inbound delivery appointments and shipments from origin to delivery.
• Reconcile received quantities against POs and ASNs; document discrepancies for escalation.
• Coordinate with 3PL teams on putaway and placement to ensure accurate records.
• Communicate ETAs and delays with carriers and vendors via TMS.
• Identify and resolve issues like missed appointments or documentation errors.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and fulfillment teams for coordination.
• Maintain up-to-date inbound receiving records and logs.
• Interpret shipment/PO data to execute tasks with minimal oversight.
• Identify opportunities to improve inbound workflows for scalable operations.
