Job summary

Blacklabel VP is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator for a remote night shift aligned to US business hours. The role demands hands-on U.S. freight operations experience and prior work with a U.S.-based freight brokerage or 3PL.

You will source capacity via DAT Load Board and Truckstop, negotiate rates, coordinate shipments, track loads, and maintain carrier relationships while ensuring timely delivery and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience with a U.S.-based freight brokerage or 3PL.
• Proficient with DAT Load Board and Truckstop.
• Strong understanding of U.S. trucking and freight brokerage.
• Experience negotiating rates with carriers and customers.
• Excellent English communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office.
• Able to START ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure carrier capacity using DAT Load Board and Truckstop.
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers and customers while maximizing profitability.
• Coordinate shipments from pickup through final delivery.
• Track loads and resolve delays, service issues, or exceptions.
• Maintain communication with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
• Update shipment statuses and maintain records in the TMS.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
