RYZE is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to manage outbound shipping operations for a fast-growing DTC wellness brand. You will coordinate shipments, track status in our TMS, and work with carriers, internal teams, and 3PL partners to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating outbound freight and shipments with carriers.
• Ability to monitor shipments from pickup to delivery using TMS.
• Strong focus on documentation accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate outbound freight shipments with carriers.
• Schedule pickups and track shipments; flag delays to stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with carriers, brokers and 3PL partners using TMS.
• Identify and resolve shipping issues and document discrepancies.
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, customer service, and fulfillment teams.
• Maintain records of transportation activities and communications logs.
• Interpret shipment requests and execute logistics tasks with minimal oversight.
• Coordinate inventory moves with FC teams and 3PL partners.
