Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Short-Term Rental Operations & Business Development Coordinator to oversee guest escalations and drive growth across a UK property portfolio. You’ll handle complex guest issues, manage communications, and lead outbound B2B sales for contractor accommodation and direct bookings.

The role requires 3-5 years in short-term rentals, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in short-term rentals, holiday letting or Airbnb operations.
• Experience managing more than 45 properties.
• Licensing/compliance administration experience preferred.
• Strong guest communication, complaints and escalations experience.
• Previous B2B sales, outbound calling or business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalations and guest inquiries that AI systems cannot resolve.
• Manage guest communications via email and phone.
• Resolve urgent issues including lockouts and operational disruptions.
• Maintain high standards of guest service with timely resolutions.
• Conduct outbound B2B calls and email outreach to UK businesses.
• Generate contractor accommodation bookings and direct bookings.
• Build relationships with corporate clients and accommodation partners.
• Communicate the company's services and commercial offering.
• Manage licensing administration and compliance documentation.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets, trackers and performance reports.
• Collect and analyze operational and commercial data.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and performance.
• Follow SOPs and work independently.
• Take ownership of daily tasks with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with the business owner for portfolio growth.
