BruntWork in the UK market seeks a Logistics Coordinator and Customer Service Specialist (UK & EU) to act as the operational backbone for repair and logistics operations with an asset-light model.
You will manage inbound customer communications, projector repair administration, freight procurement, and courier coordination while ensuring accurate data and proactive problem-solving. Remote role with UK business hours and growth opportunities as new platforms launch.
Our client is looking for an organized, commercially minded Logistics Coordinator and Customer Service Specialist (UK & EU) to serve as the administrative anchor across their repair and logistics operations. As an established UK-based provider specializing in industrial electronics and projector repair services, they also operate expanding courier, pallet, and freight transport platforms across the UK and Ireland. In this role, you will act as the operational backbone and primary voice of the business, managing customer communication, workshop tracking, and end-to-end collection and delivery coordination.
Operating under an asset-light logistics model, you will partner with independent owner-drivers and vetted third-party carriers rather than managing an internal fleet. Responsibilities will be introduced progressively in three phases, starting with customer support and repair workflow management before scaling up to shipping coordination, freight procurement, and driver onboarding. This is a fully inbound administrative and coordination position that offers long-term career growth opportunities as new platforms launch.
