Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a proactive Customer Experience Coordinator – After Hours to manage customer service and field operations outside standard business hours. This remote weekend role serves as the primary contact for after-hours service requests, coordinates dispatch of field technicians, and resolves urgent customer escalations.

You will monitor active work orders, prepare shift handover notes for daytime teams, and communicate with customers about scheduling, delays, and updates.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, customer care, dispatch, service coordination, or a related operational environment.
• Previous experience managing customer escalations and time-sensitive service requests.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, dispatch coordination, and operational prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM, work order management, dispatch, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability, attention to detail, and ability to remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary after-hours point of contact for inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate after-hours dispatch and monitor progress of field technicians.
• Manage escalations and determine appropriate actions outside regular hours.
• Monitor incoming service requests, open work orders, and active dispatch activity during shifts.
• Prepare clear shift handover notes outlining outstanding work orders and escalations.
• Communicate with management about significant customer concerns and operational challenges.
