Job summary

VH BPO SERVICES seeks a Drayage Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations for a US-based logistics client. You will manage drayage shipments from pickup to delivery, coordinating with drivers, terminals, warehouses, customers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Required: Strong written and spoken English, above-average communication skills.
• Excellent coordination, organization, and follow-through.
• Comfortable communicating with US-based clients, carriers, and drivers.
• Able to manage multiple active shipments and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor drayage shipments from pickup through delivery.
• Track container availability, terminal status, appointments, pickups, deliveries, and returns.
• Coordinate with drivers, carriers, terminals, warehouses, customers, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipments and follow up on delays and requirements.
• Provide shipment updates to US-based stakeholders.
• Assist with scheduling pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain shipment information and documentation.
• Identify issues before they become service failures and elevate as needed.
• Support documentation and reporting.
