Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of loan processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process loan applications from submission to settlement.
• Liaise with brokers, lenders, and clients to obtain and verify documentation.
• Input and maintain client records in Infynity CRM and selected platforms.
• Monitor progress, follow up on requirements, ensure lender policy compliance.
• Coordinate submissions through aggregator platforms like Finsure.
• Identify and address issues early in the process with timely solutions.
• Provide administrative support to the Mortgage Broker as needed.
• Prepare and manage compliance documentation to meet standards.
• Follow up with clients for missing documents and signatures.
• Track critical dates to ensure smooth settlements.
• Perform data entry, valuations, credit input, and preliminary analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
