Qualifications

• Proven experience processing Australian residential mortgage loans from application through settlement.
• Hands‑on experience using Connective.
• Hands‑on experience using Nexus Mercury.
• Hands‑on experience using Apply Online (AOL).
• Strong understanding of the Australian residential mortgage lending process.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple loan files.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues, follow up on missing documentation, and elevate blockers promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential loan applications from handover through to settlement.
• Collect, review, organize, and upload client documentation accurately and on time.
• Prepare and submit loan applications using Apply Online (AOL).
• Monitor application progress and proactively follow up on outstanding lender conditions.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and keep files progressing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Nexus Mercury and Connective.
• Assist with SMSF loan processing and documentation once workflows are established.
• Support client re-engagement initiatives for existing SMSF clients.
• Provide general administrative support to reduce the Principal Broker's workload.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
