Job summary

Sysgen RPO, Inc. is seeking an experienced marketer to build, test, and deploy email and SMS communications using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will set up automated journeys, manage templates, and ensure clean segmentation and reporting.

Collaboration with Sales, Product, Customer, and Marketing teams will guide timing, audiences, and calls-to-action to support campaigns from acquisition to retention. The role requires a strong background in CRM and marketing automation, plus hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in marketing roles delivering marketing automation, email or text campaigns and automated journeys.
• Strong capability in CRM and campaign delivery demonstrated by work examples.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar platform and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build, test and deploy email and text communications in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Set up and maintain automated journeys with entry rules, timing and sequencing.
• Create and manage reusable templates and content modules for speed and consistency.
• Manage segmentation, audience selection, exclusions and suppression lists.
• Maintain naming conventions, version control and documentation.
• Troubleshoot build and deployment issues with platform support.
