Job summary

My Amazon Guy is seeking a data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to grow revenue via email and SMS. You will build lifecycle campaigns, optimize performance, and boost retention across multiple brands.

You will manage campaigns, define cadence and targets, and collaborate with Brand Managers, Creative and Tech teams. The role is remote, with EST hours, and offers permanent work-from-home setup and MAG School access.

Qualifications

• Experience building and optimizing email/SMS lifecycles and campaigns that drive retention and revenue.
• Ability to define cadence, segmentation, and performance targets for owned channels.
• Proven copywriting and visual direction skills for effective email/SMS creatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage email and SMS performance and strategy across Klaviyo and Postscript for 3-4 brands and scale.
• Define cadence, tone, segmentation, and targets for each brand’s channels.
• Build, test, and optimize automated flows, triggers, and customer segments for lifecycle and retention.
• Use data to personalize messaging and improve conversions across the journey.
• Plan and execute 6-12+ monthly campaigns per client with offers, content, QA, and scheduling.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and offers to improve metrics.
• Create and manage lead capture strategies to grow subscribers.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
• Optimize funnel performance across engagement and revenue per recipient.
