SYSGEN RPO seeks a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and scale a growing lifecycle program. You’ll own B2B campaign briefs and build simple email and SMS journeys, working with the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to QA before launch.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in email marketing or CRM, familiarity with ESP/marketing automation (SFMC, Mailgun, HubSpot) and a keen eye for detail.
The client is one of the leading mental healthcare companies in the USA, with over 2,800 employees, founded by and still led by clinicians. We have recently launched a new vision to become America's most valued mental healthcare company—where our teams can fulfill their purpose and do their best work, where clients are treated with warmth and respect, and where communities benefit from access to high-quality care that helps them heal and thrive in life.
They are committed to providing accessible, top-tier mental health services through a network of licensed therapists and mental health professionals. As we enter this exciting
new chapter, our mission remains focused on helping people live happier, healthier lives through both in-person and online counseling services.
We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help us scale a growing lifecycle program. You'll own B2B campaign briefing and build simple, single-path email and SMS journeys, working closely with our Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to keep programs moving and QA'd before they launch.
This is a great fit for someone who wants to build real hands-on lifecycle marketing skills — briefing stakeholders, translating requirements into build-ready specs, and executing clean, well-tested journeys — while learning from a senior lifecycle marketer and growing toward more complex campaign work over time.
You're detail-oriented and comfortable owning a checklist from brief to launch. You know how to ask stakeholders the right questions to turn a rough request into a clear, build-ready brief. You take QA seriously — you'd rather catch a broken link or a wrong segment before it ships than after. You're comfortable working across teams (B2B stakeholders, QA, and your manager)
and you communicate clearly and proactively when something needs input or is blocked.
You're not looking to reinvent the wheel here — you're looking to execute reliably, learn the systems, and build a foundation for growth in lifecycle marketing.
Detail-oriented // You catch the small things before they become big problems
A clear communicator // Especially when briefing stakeholders or flagging issues
Organized // You can track multiple briefs and journeys at once without dropping a ball
Coachable and curious // You want to learn the strategy behind the execution
Collaborative // Comfortable coordinating with QA and your manager as a default
You've had some exposure to email/SMS marketing, marketing operations, or CRM/journey-building tools, even if you haven't owned a program end-to-end. You understand (or are eager to learn) the mechanics of briefing a campaign, building a simple automated journey, and running it through QA before launch. Bonus points if you've worked in healthcare, health-tech, or another
environment where accuracy and compliance matter.
Past colleagues would probably describe you as reliable, organized, a good listener, and someone who follows through.
