Job summary

Trade Nation is seeking a lifecycle marketing professional to manage CRM campaigns that move customers from sign-up through ongoing trading activity. You will build, deploy, and optimise campaigns across email, push and other channels, ensuring timely, compliant communications aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities include designing onboarding, activation and re-engagement programmes, maintaining campaign calendars, and collaborating with Lifecycle, Product, Data, Sales and Compliance

Qualifications

• Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and campaign execution.
• Ability to design and optimise customer journeys and workflows.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Comfortable working in regulated environments and approvals workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute lifecycle campaigns across activation, retention and reactivation stages.
• Implement customer journeys and workflows in HubSpot including triggers, segmentation and automation.
• Support onboarding, activation, retention and re-engagement programmes.
• Maintain CRM campaign calendars and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to brief.
• Ensure campaigns meet compliance requirements and adapt messaging to regulatory environments.
• Coordinate with Data, Sales and Lifecycle teams to align messaging and contact rules.
• Monitor campaign performance and support ongoing optimisation through testing.
