Qualifications

• CRM experience with data entry and pipeline tracking.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound outreach, appointment setting and client engagement.
• Coordinate discovery calls with prospective clients.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to maximize engagement.
• Execute Zoho CRM updates for leads, opportunities and outreach activity.
• Support BD pipeline from leads to qualified opportunities.
• Assist pre-sales coordination and briefing documents before client meetings.
• Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to BDMs.
