Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and direct messages to prospective clients.
• Schedule qualified appointments or consultations for senior sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions, outcomes, and lead statuses.
• Navigate gatekeepers and respond to inquiries with persuasive communication and product knowledge.
• Execute follow-up sequences and send appointment reminders to minimize no-shows.
