Job summary

StratifyIQ is seeking a Business Development Representative to support multiple US-based clients across Real Estate, PropTech, SaaS, and Recruitment industries. This fully remote, independent contractor role targets outbound prospecting and relationship building with decision-makers.

You will conduct 100+ outbound calls daily, generate and qualify leads, and schedule demonstrations for Account Executives. Strong English communication and CRM proficiency are essential for success in a remote

Qualifications

1-3+ years in Business Development, Sales Development, Appointment Setting, Inside Sales, or related outbound role
Excellent English communication with a clear, neutral accent
Comfortable speaking with executives and decision-makers over the phone
Proven experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting
Ability to make 100+ outbound calls per day while maintaining quality conversations
Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and sales activities
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
