Smart Outsourcing Solution is seeking an confident Outbound Sales Representative to grow our client’s network of registered pharmacies. You will reach out to existing leads, engage owners and decision-makers, and drive store registrations. A proven cold caller and sales closer with strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in outbound sales, cold calling, telesales or similar.
• Excellent spoken English and strong verbal communication.
• Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Persuasion, objection-handling and closing skills.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, target-driven sales environment.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to pharmacies, owners and decision-makers.
• Introduce the platform and communicate benefits and value proposition.
• Follow calling script, sales process and conversion workflow.
• Engage prospects professionally and build rapport.
• Answer basic questions and provide accurate platform information.
• Handle objections and guide prospects toward registration.
• Follow up with interested prospects to drive store conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and status.
• Work toward sales, activity and conversion targets.
• Provide feedback to improve the outbound sales process.
