Job summary

Elevate Calls Inc. seeks an experienced US Attorney to support U.S.-based licensing work on a fully remote basis. You will advise on professional, occupational, and business licensing matters under United States law, including regulatory compliance and disciplinary defense before licensing boards.

This role requires a solid understanding of U.S. regulatory frameworks and the ability to collaborate with U.S. clients and agencies while operating remotely, across time zones.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent law degree.
• Licensed in the Philippines is required.
• U.S. jurisdiction license preferred or experience with U.S. law.
• In good standing with all applicable bar associations.
• 2 years of experience in licensing, regulatory, or administrative law.
• Solid understanding of U.S. legal systems, compliance standards, and professional regulations.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-border legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on U.S. federal and state licensing laws and regulations
• Prepare, review, and manage U.S. licensing and renewal applications
• Assist with or represent clients in disciplinary actions, investigations, and compliance matters
• Draft legal memoranda, regulatory filings, responses, and client communications
• Research and monitor changes in U.S. licensing and administrative law
• Coordinate with U.S.-based counsel, clients, and regulatory bodies
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards
