Job summary

Visa is seeking a Licensing Consultant to manage resources and requirements for new and add-on Visa products. You will translate client business needs into technical language and guide licensing processes, while collaborating with onboarding and implementation teams.

The role requires extensive experience in licensing, regulatory knowledge, and ability to work in a 24/7 environment with flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced degree; or 0 with a PhD.
• Experience in client-facing roles within financial services or payments.
• Experience in managing high volumes of work with attention to deadlines.
• Experience in project management and implementing new products in payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed licensing guidance for mid to high complexity licensing requests.
• Coordinate with onboarding and implementation teams to improve client experience.
• Monitor license workstreams and update statuses in systems.
• Prepare project plans, status reports, and issue logs for licensing projects.
• Develop training and knowledge sharing for staff and partners.
