Job summary

RemoteRaven seeks a General Liability, COI, and W-9 Compliance Coordinator for USA vendors. Remote role, full-time, up to $8/hour, aligned with US Eastern hours. You will own the licence and certificate calendar across multiple brands and report to the VP of Compliance.

You’ll manage renewals, new applications, COIs, and internal guidance, requiring at least two years in licence management or regulatory compliance and hands-on filing experience with US agencies.

Qualifications

• At least two years in licence management or regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience filing applications or renewals with US agencies.
• Experience with COI tracking and certificate processes.
• Strong written and verbal English for agency communication.
• Proficiency with web portals, PDFs and forms.
• Reliable remote work setup and US Eastern hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Own licensing requirements for the corporate entity and brands, filing renewals on time.
• Track due dates and prepare complete packets for state/local licences.
• Manage COIs: send, upload, verify terms, and ensure acceptance by offices.
• Support brands on the COI platform and respond to questions.
• Provide written guidance and accurate research on licensing requirements.
• Maintain organised records and provide admin support to VP of Compliance.
