HireUs.PH OPC is seeking a Remote Attorney to support a U.S.-based law firm. You will perform legal research, drafting, and analysis, handling confidential materials while working remotely from the Philippines.

Ideal candidates hold a law degree and 3–5 years of practice, with experience in U.S. law or common law systems. Excellent English and self-motivation are essential for independent, deadline-driven work.

Qualifications

Law degree from an accredited institution.
3–5 years of legal practice.
Experience with a U.S.-based law firm preferred.
Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research involving U.S. federal and state laws.
Prepare clear and well-organized legal research memoranda.
Draft contracts, pleadings, motions, legal letters, and other documents for attorney review.
Review, organize, and summarize case files, discovery materials, and client documents.
Assist with client intake and collect relevant information for attorney consultations.
Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate case records in the firm's practice management system.
Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to ensure matters progress efficiently.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client and legal information.
Use technology and legal software effectively to support daily operations.
