Job summary

Pavago is seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C) to support U.S.-based insurance agencies with policy servicing, quoting, renewals, and customer support. The role requires an active U.S. P&C license and location outside the United States, with work conducted remotely during U.S.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Property & Casualty license (resident or non-resident) required.
• Minimum 1 year of P&C insurance experience with an agency or carrier.
• Experience with Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Must be located outside of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, and general servicing requests.
• Prepare insurance quotes and explain coverage options to clients.
• Coordinate with carriers and agency teams on underwriting and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system and ensure compliance.
