Job summary

WeAssist is seeking a seasoned Insurance Customer Service Representative for a fully remote, full-time position. You will handle frontline client communication, policy servicing, billing and renewals for commercial lines, primarily serving US clients.

Ideal candidates bring strong knowledge of insurance operations, excellent written and verbal communication, and keen attention to detail. Experience with construction or contractor insurance is a plus, and Apple/iWork familiarity is helpful for

Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of insurance operations, particularly in commercial lines.
Familiarity with insurance terminology, policy documents, and servicing workflows.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Experience or exposure to construction or contractor insurance is a HUGE plus!
Ideally using Apple products (Mac, iPhone) and are fluent in tools like Numbers, Pages, and iMessage for seamless collaboration.
