Job summary

StaffSmart Outsourcing seeks a dedicated CSR - Car Insurance Account to join our customer service team from a remote setup in the Philippines. You will handle inquiries, policy information, claims assistance, and deliver outstanding service to insurance clients and their customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance, financial services, or call centre environment.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Proficient with computer systems, CRM software, and multi-line phone systems.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment while staying productive.
• Calm under pressure with patience for upset customers.
• Attention to detail in processing information and documentation.
• Flexibility to adapt to different customer needs and scenarios.
• Preferably experience with car insurance or motor insurance products.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification at minimum.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls regarding car insurance policies, coverage options, and premiums.
• Process policy inquiries, quote requests, and customer account updates.
• Assist customers with claims reporting and guide them through the claims process.
• Document customer interactions with detailed notes for QA.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly with courtesy and professionalism.
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products where appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Maintain knowledge of car insurance products and company procedures.
• Adhere to compliance and data protection regulations.
