Job summary

Boogieteam is seeking an experienced Insurance Virtual Assistant to support our agency with Personal and Commercial Lines. The role involves quoting, carrier communication, client follow-up, and general insurance servicing, with direct contact to clients, carriers, and underwriters. The ideal candidate has prior experience with a U.S.

insurance agency, strong English communication, and is highly organized with excellent follow-up skills. This is a remote, full-time position aligned to U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience with a U.S. insurance agency or carrier.
• Experience with Personal and/or Commercial Lines.
• Familiarity with carrier portals and quoting processes.
• Strong English communication and client-facing skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls about quotes, coverage, and general questions.
• Gather information for new quotes.
• Prepare Personal Lines quotes (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella).
• Assist with Commercial Lines quotes (General Liability, Commercial Auto, etc.).
• Enter data into carrier portals and rating systems.
• Contact carriers and underwriters for quotes and eligibility.
• Follow up with clients for applications and documents.
• Compare quotes, premiums, deductibles, limits, and coverage.
• Track pending quotes until completion.
• Maintain notes in the CRM.
• Assist licensed agents with renewals, endorsements, certificates when needed.
