Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative with a strong background in Non-Life Insurance, particularly Property & Casualty (P&C), Home Insurance, and Auto Insurance. The role supports clients, agents and carriers with policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, billing, premium payments, receivables, and account-related inquiries.

This is an onsite role in Taguig City requiring 12+ months of BPO experience in insurance and excellent communication and attention

Qualifications

12+ months BPO experience with relevant insurance experience.
Experience in Non-Life Insurance is required.
Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance preferred.
Home and/or Auto insurance experience highly preferred.
Experience in insurance brokerage or agency operations is an advantage.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
Able to work onsite in Taguig City.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day policy servicing activities within an insurance brokerage/agency.
Coordinate with carriers, clients, and agents on servicing requests.
Process endorsements, renewals, policy changes, and updates.
Maintain accurate policy information and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Assist with billing, premiums, receivables, and reconciliations.
Document interactions and follow-up actions for customers.
